• Works with librarians and faculty to identify e-resources of interest
• Manages e-resource trials
• Coordinates trial dates
  • Obtains initial pricing
  • Creates access points via wiki and LS pages
  • Assesses e-resource impact on collection
  • Invites librarian participation and tracks evaluations
  • Reports results to CDT and makes recommendation on acquisition
• Surveys all librarians periodically on e-resource purchases and renewals
• Communicates renewal information to Serials Specialist and TSLA
• Oversees withdrawal of canceled district-wide e-resources from finding tools
• Informs lib guide coordinator to link changes of e-resources on libguides
• Compiles usage statistics for all e-resources on a regular and ad-hoc basis

eBooks Acquisition, Maintenance, and Renewal

• Coordinates ebook platform access points
• Maintains LS ebook webpage
• Works with TSLA to determine how titles are cataloged
• Oversees DDA e-book platforms and monitors costs

General Duties

• Provides reference services to students, faculty, and staff
• Provides information literacy instruction to individuals and classes
• Selects library materials in:
  • Architectural & Engineering Computer Aided Design
  • Engineering Technology
  • Visual Communication
• Email me to recommend materials for purchase.
