Faculty Librarians connect with students in classrooms, teaching sessions in libraries--in person and online--and at the library's instructive reference desks. Student Learning Outcomes – gathered for all instruction and instructive reference and research – reflect Librarians’ roles in student success. Data provide background for:
providing location hours of service, scheduling Library Services faculty and staff and staffing at the library's instructive reference desks
faculty and staff training and education including orientation, continuing education and professional development for meeting ACC student information and research needs/student success
consulting with classroom faculty to facilitate the understanding, identification, and curation of OER along with other low or no course course material options
designing curriculum to support and deliver information literacy AoS/discipline-specific instruction
designing digital pathways to provide gateways to resources for students, faculty and staff
designing and delivering online Research Guides, tutorials and other content to support classroom instruction
