Ways to meet with a librarian:
ACC Librarians are available to consult about research questions any time ACC Libraries are open. Click the link to see open hours. *This is the most flexible option for meeting with a librarian in person.
Click on the link above to find contact information for faculty librarians on different ACC campuses. Email a librarian to ask for an appointment, give them some information about your chosen topic, and some times when you are available to meet. The librarian will get back to you about their availability. *Note that appointments are dependent on faculty librarian schedules which are typically M-F 8am-5pm.
ACC Libraries provide 24-hr assistance via chat. ACC librarians staff chat during open hours, and it is staffed by non-ACC librarians from other colleges and universities when ACC Libraries are closed.
Articles from Databases
Below is a list of several databases that are good places to start when researching. These are multidisciplinary, meaning they contain information on many different subjects, rather than focusing on a specific subject. You can also see a complete list of databases by Subject or by Title on our A-Z List of Databases.
