Every campus library should have an English dictionary of the world language you are interested in as part of their non-circulating reference collection. (Ex. Italian/English dictionary, etc.) Or you can check out Word Reference for a plethora of online world language dictionaries.
Check out the Literature and Literary Criticism or the Multicultural Studies subject databases to find articles in the language you are interested in. In addition, you might want to see what's available at your campus.
