Pubmed is a free national database from the national library of medicine. It's not a full-text database, but it does connect to free sources, and to sources available through ACC. Using this link, you get a search that can be limited to only those articles in Pubmed that are available at ACC.
For a transcultural nursing search, try entering the following is entered in the search box:

The asterisk (*) ensures that you get results with all forms of the word after that point in the root word. (Korea, Korean, Koreans). After your search click on the Austin Community College link under "Filter your results" on the right side of the screen to limit your search to articles available through ACC.
