If you are a STUDENT, there is no time limit on computer usage but the computer will log off after 10 minutes of inactivity. When the computer logs off, your work is not saved.
If you are a VISITOR or FUTURE STUDENT, please know that we must prioritize computer use for current students. Because of that we may need to limit your time on the computer - 30 min for Visitors, 60 min for Future Students during heavy usage times.

ACC uses G Suite for Education so that you can store and even edit your documents from anywhere you have access online.
ACC provides all students with a Google mail account - ACCMail - plus all the other Google Apps like Docs for web-based word processing, Sheets for spreadsheets, and Slides for presentation programs, plus sharable calendars, chat, and more. ACCmail allows you to take advantage of Google’s tools while maintaining an @g.austincc.edu domain name.
ACC uses 2 step-authentication (Okta) for all loglns using your ACCeID and password.
