Parts of an portfolio

  1. Introduction/Welcome Page: This is the first page viewers see when they access your ePortfolio. It should offer a warm welcome and provide an overview of what they can expect to find within the ePortfolio.

  2. About Me: This section offers a brief biography or personal statement, introducing yourself to the audience. It may include your background, interests, career goals, and any relevant personal information.

  3. Resume or CV: Include your updated resume or curriculum vitae. This section highlights your educational history, work experience, skills, certifications, and achievements.

  4. Work Samples/Artifacts: This is the heart of your ePortfolio. It includes various samples of your work, projects, assignments, or creative endeavors that demonstrate your skills and learning. These may include essays, research papers, presentations, images, videos, code snippets, artwork, or any other relevant materials.

Why Have One?

Imagine having your very own digital showcase where you can gather all the cool stuff you've done. All of your projects from class or work are evidence of your learning and skills.

The best part? It's even better than a resume. It's super multimedia-friendly! You can upload videos, images, documents, and all sorts of files to show off your skills and ideas.

So, whether you're a budding artist, a future scientist, or someone who loves learning, ePortfolios are your secret weapon to stand out and show off all your skills.
