Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Rio Grande Campus Library Services faculty and staff
Oversee campus library operations, budget, facilities, and resources
Manage Rio Grande library functions, including:
Selection, supervision, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff
Coordination of library functions and services with Austin Community College instructional, campus-specific, and collegewide units
Provide reference services, online services, and selective dissemination of information to students, faculty, staff, administration, and the community
Contribute to the development and delivery of information literacy instruction
Teach information literacy and deliver library instruction to students and faculty.

Participate in Library Services collection development
Serve on the Library Leadership Team and participate in Library Services, ACC's Teaching Learning Excellence Department, and collegewide committees and meetings
Develop and maintain library policies, procedures, and services
Gather and report data on Library Services functions and services
Participate in facilities design, facility management, and Library Services public relations
