Nursing Research & Evdence Guide

Did I Speak in Your Class?

If I visited your class recently, you should be able to find copies of the handouts I brought in this space. If not, contact me using the information to the right.

Getting Started

The Libraries at Austin Community College provide access to a wide range of information for vocational nursing students and faculty. Books, magazines, journals, websites -- all resources at your disposal. This guide was created to provide a starting place for nursing research at ACC. So explore the tabs above and get started.

And don't overlook another very useful resource -- the librarians at Austin Community College. We're here to connect you with the information you are seeking, so please ask if we can be of any assistance.

Did I Talk to Your Class?

Spotlight on Nursing Reference Center

Library Services offers Nursing Reference Center Plus, a point-of-care evidence-based resource designed to quickly answer nursing questions in the clinical environment. It includes access to training videos, continuing education, patient handouts, quick-guides, and more.

Please take a look at this great resource, and let me know if you have questions about it. And share any ideas you might have for using this in the classroom -- I'd love to hear them. See my contact information to the right.
