A guide to library resources and services for students at Community College

Help for students who need a device for class

Need a laptop or iPad for online learning? Need a calculator to checkout?

Students - submit the Student Technology Access Form to indicate you need help with requesting:
- an ACC iPad to checkout
- an ACC laptop to checkout 
- help with internet or wifi access
Students must be currently registered at ACC.  ipadlaptop
 
This loaner device checkout is ongoing - you can still request a device, please complete this form even if you are several weeks into the semester.

Check out a Calculator from ACC Highland Business Center only from the following link - https://calendly.com/oitdevices.  Students can choose the  "Student: HBC Appointment" link and indicate in the notes field that they only need to check out a calculator.

MENTAL HEALTH

The outbreak of COVID – 19 may be stressful for people and communities. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. This is normal! Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations.

Mobile Apps for Student Success

Apps (little software applications) allow you to customize your tablet to do the things you like to do. Some of the apps listed are free, while others are fee-based. Additionally, some apps are initially free, and then require in-app purchases if more features and functionality are desired. Listed, you will find some app recommendations we have come up with through trial, error, and our own experiences.
