Supply Chain Management in 2030: Future Trends, Changes, and Predictions - Supply Chains of the 2020s looked a lot different than those of the past and the changes aren’t stopping. Designing a Sustainable Future Through Fashion Education
Abstract - With production moving offshore in the race to the bottom, necessary to satisfy increased demand for more garments and faster trends delivered at lower prices, fashion in the developed world has become not just fast, but disposable. One of the ‘successes’ of the twentieth-century fashion industry was to democratize fashion; by adopting mass production techniques and sourcing from low-wage economies, fashion retailers were able to produce runway looks at more affordable prices. Concurrently, developments in fashion media sped up the communication of fashion and we have seen an exponential proliferation of enticing creative imagery circulating from brands, models, online influencers and passionate amateurs. Consequently, rates of fashion consumption have risen, unacceptable working conditions continue for many, and the fashion industry is facing complex and demanding challenges including resources, climate change, waste, labour conditions and income inequality. Much as we now understand how garment design has an exponential impact on a garment’s sustainability, and recognize that incorporating sustainable design principles is paramount, so those of us in fashion education should prioritize sustainability in our curriculum design and increasingly, I have felt a responsibility to bring these issues into the classroom, to design a fashion education that acknowledges and addresses ethical and sustainable aspects of fashion.

Sustainable Fashion Education: Future Design and Pedagogy
Fashion is an ever-changing phenomenon and as the world progresses in the post Covid scenario, the materials that would be used for making products would be given a more ecofriendly approach. The production processes to be adopted should be able to reduce the amount of carbon footprint on the Earth’s surface. Sustainable concepts of Recycling, Reuse and Redesign needs to be given preference in ideation of product so that we are able to put a check on the fast-depleting resources of the Earth. Research on development of more ecofriendly, biodegradable material should be undertaken. Frugal Innovation is also an area to be considered while designing products. As design is pervading into more avenues of communication and commutation which are the key aspect of life, so there is a need to incorporate sustainable features in these avenues also. Fashion and Lifestyle would undergo a sea change in materials and technology being used to create them. Therefore, the looking at the environmental concerns and the need for innovation, design curriculum of the fashion institutes needs to be relooked at. These premier design institutes of the world should focus on inclusion of sustainable design concepts, materials and production processes in their curriculum so that the design fraternity is able to contribute positively to the environment. The future professional should have multi-dimensional knowledge of “Everything and Everywhere” to meet the design challenges of “Environment and Life on Earth”. To meet these challenges of future in Design and Fashion, some Professional, Technologists and Academicians associated with design and technology would be interviewed to understand the changes in design pedagogy and strategy which needs to be adopted and incorporated to meet the sustainable design challenges in Fashion education in future.

Change & Disruption: An Amazon.com Case Study
The rise of Amazon.com since its start-up in 1994 is the classic case study in disruptive innovation. First an on-line retailer, broadening into a platform for other sellers, Amazon has been guided by the restless spirit of its founder Jeff Bezos. Bezos thinks long term – he expects his people to challenge, to constantly embrace change. Research on the Curriculum Reform of Real Estate Planning and Marketing Based on P²BL Teaching Method
This paper attempts to combine P²BL (Project-based learning and Problem-based learning) teaching method with real estate planning and marketing course, and design a teaching mode and curriculum design mode which is problem-solving-oriented and student experience-centered in the real project learning background. In the practical project learning operation process based on P²BL teaching method, students collect geographical data in the project field through group learning, find out the development, positioning or product problems of the project, and solve the corresponding problems to achieve the purpose of applying what they have learned. Combined with the actual project case for project development, planning, design, marketing, investment and financing, it is designed to help students understand and learn, the focus of the actual real estate project marketing planning. After teaching through P²BL teaching mode, students' positivity, curriculum achievements and practical ability have been greatly improved, which lays a foundation for the continuous construction of follow-up courses.
