You can search the library catalog using "films on demand", or "films on demand culinary" or "films on demand cooking". You can also search in Films On Demand link on the A-Z List of Databases by clicking on "F". There is a “Hospitality & Tourism” subject search with subsets for “Culinary” and under that subsets for “Food Preparation”, etc. The “Hospitality & Tourism” subject search produces more than 600 hits. You probably will prefer to search by "title" rather than by "segment". Try it out!
